What if I chose the wrong size?

Slacking on the gym? Bulimia not working? Sometimes things just don't look how you thought they would.

No problem!

Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

The item(s) must be in original condition.

This means that they have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED with ALL tags attached.

Exchanges are made for merchandise of equal value.

We DO NOT do exchanges for hosiery or undergarments.

Footwear exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are ONLY extended in extreme circumstances.

How do I make an exchange?

Send us an email at info@judirosenny.com within 7 days of your receipt of the package.

Ship the return merchandise and invoice to us WITHIN 5 DAYS once we agree on the exchange or credit.

Please be advised that all pieces are limited edition.

They are made in limited size runs and color-ways and arehandmade here in New York City. Get the picture?

We won't always have an exact replacement of the item at hand.

If a immediate exchange is not available a credit will be issued.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.

How long does the exchange process take?

Please allow up to two weeks for the process to be completed.

Once your package has been received, we will process the exchange and ship out a replacement item right away.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

International Orders

All International shipments will be considered final sale.

Exchanges may be arranged if customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs and duty fees.

International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International.

Please allow at least 10 days for delivery on International orders.
