Store Manager

IN-STORE: Tues - Sat

JOB DESCRIPTION:
JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK specializes in progressive, and sustainable apparel. We pride ourselves in creating a shopping environment that is warm, inviting, and intimate. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK aesthetic and ethos. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent, friendly, and honest, with exceptional sales and communication skills and the desire to push our vision forward.

The Retail Manager will be directly responsible for all in-store and online sales and operations, including inventory, online listings, customer engagement, and fulfillment. We are looking for someone who is experienced with creating and achieving sales goals and using weekly and monthly sales and inventory reporting to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.

An impeccable brand ambassador, they will be passionate about our sustainable vision, values, and independently manage the shop from open until close.

The ideal candidate will an excellent communicator, capable of providing superior service to our existing client base and reaching new prospects through networking and clienteling outreach strategies, both in-store and through the use of technology (ie: email, text, social media, and video call)

This role requires someone who is an excellent collaborator while also being highly independent.

EXPERIENCE
2-5 years in a recent retail management role or relevant experience driving sales for an omnichannel fashion brand.

TECH REQUIREMENTS
Shopify, Google Drive, CRM and social media platforms

Marketing & Sales Associate

REMOTE: WED-FRI, IN-STORE: SAT-SUN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK specializes in modern, progressive, and sustainable apparel. We pride ourselves in creating a shopping environment that is warm, inviting, and intimate. We are looking for someone with an understanding of the JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK aesthetic and ethos to work closely with the founder and outside agencies to manage the marketing calendar and engage with customers in-store in order to create a true omnichannel experience.

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent, friendly, and honest, with the desire and ability to wear many hats.

The marketing and sales associate should be a creative person who is highly organized, comfortable, and accountable when working in or out of the store. Experience in social media and/or email marketing is essential, with high end retail experience a plus.

MARKETING:
Assist in building and maintaining the JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK marketing calendar, working closely with the founder and - outside agencies to drive our messaging by producing and scheduling email, e-commerce, social media campaigns, and events in-store and across platforms.
Collaborate to create and produce content.
Schedule all content across platforms.
Bring ideas to the table as well as a can-do attitude for getting things done within budget.
Good with photography and willing to take direction.

IN-STORE SALES AND ENGAGEMENT:
Work with the Store Manager to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals by providing exceptional service and building meaningful relationships to convert customers into long-term clients.
Able to analyze and report on their own in-store customer interactions in order to create useful and engaging content to tell the JUDI ROSEN NEW YORK story across all channels.
Provide a personalized in-store experience through in-depth product knowledge and fitting and styling support.
Drive sales through personal client outreach. Essential to be comfortable engaging with clients both in-store and through the use of technology (i.e. email, text, social media, video call).
Assist with store operations such as (but not limited to) inventory management, fulfillment of omni channel orders, visual merchandising.

EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience in a social media or communications role in fashion. Retail sales experience is a plus.

Shopify, Google Drive, CRM and social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
