EXCHANGES 

What if I chose the wrong size?

Sometimes things just don't look how you thought they would. No problem, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange. Store credit can be used both in-store and online. Exchanges are made for eligible merchandise of equal value or CREDIT ONLY.  

Please Note: We do not issue refunds on any returned items.

The following items are FINAL SALE

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Home Goods
  • Underwear
  • Hosiery
  • All international orders, regardless of item

How do I make an exchange?

CLICK HERE  within 7 days of receiving your package.

Once we authorize your exchange or credit, ship your return merchandise along with your completed exchange form and invoice within 5 days

We will provide a shipping label for the first exchange shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping fees for any additional exchanges. 

In order to be approved for exchange, the returned item(s) must be in original condition.

  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed
  • All tags must be attached
  • Footwear exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original      condition and without postal labels. 

Be sure to use an insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. 

We won't always have an exact replacement of the item at hand. If an immediate exchange is not available a credit will be issued.

Refunds are ONLY extended in extreme circumstances. In the case of a refund, you will incur a 20% restocking fee + any shipping and handling charges.

How long does the exchange process take?

Please allow up to two weeks for the process to be completed.
Once your package has been received, we will process the exchange and ship out a replacement item right away. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. No returns will be accepted for the following items which are FINAL SALE: underwear, swimwear, apothecary, accessories or jewelry. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
