EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We offer store credit or size exchanges only. We do not issue refunds. Store credit is valid for two years, online and in-store.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us: Contact info@store.judirosenny.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and your preferred size or store credit.

  2. Ship it back: Once authorized, ship the item within 5 days.

    • US Orders: We cover shipping fees for your first exchange. Subsequent exchange shipping is your responsibility.

    • International Orders: We do not provide exchange shipping for sales outside of the US. All international return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  3. Processing: Please allow up to 1 week for processing once your package arrives.

Eligibility Requirements

To be approved, items must be in original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, all original tags firmly attached.

  • Footwear: Must include the original shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels.

  • Note: Use an insured shipping service; we are not responsible for lost inbound packages.

FINAL SALE 

  • Final Sale Items: The following are strictly Final Sale and completely ineligible for return, exchange, price adjustments, or store credit:

    • All discounted or promotional sale items (Note: If an exchange is approved under extreme circumstances, a 30% restocking fee + shipping fees apply).

    • Category items: Underwear, hosiery, swimwear, apothecary, jewelry, accessories, and home goods
