ECO-CONSCIOUS
I source premium domestic, Japanese or Italian fabrics (in exclusively organic or natural fibers) and keep the production footprint as small as possible with little waste and little travel. My garments are constructed in New York and Los Angeles.
The packaging I use is all eco-friendly; from my well-loved muslin & tote bags to the 100% compostable cello bags & 100% recycled paper shipping material.
GARMENT CARE
- For denim a & cotton garments: cold wash & light dry
- For linen garments: cold wash and line dry
Once you have received your item, you are fully accountable for its care and any issues that may arise with it.
REPAIR REQUESTS
Any issues with your garments: We offer repairs of your Judi Rosen New York garments for a fee. Send photos and a description of your repair request to info@store.judirosenny.com for more information.

Judi Rosen New York is sustainably manufactured with as small a footprint as possible for the most affordable amount possible.
I design & manufacture all the clothing and run the online store, and I run the brick and mortar boutique, so please understand that it may take me a minute to resolve any issues you may have with your order. I promise they will be taken care of, it just might take longer than other sites you normally shop with.
If your package is lost during transit, we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a secure delivery address.
Judi Rosen New York is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
International Orders
All International shipments will be considered final sale.
Exchanges may be arranged if customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs and duty fees.
International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International.
Please allow at least 10 days for delivery on International orders.

All messages will be returned within 24-business hours.
Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start an Exchange
Email us at info@store.judirosenny.com within 10 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and let us know whether you'd like to exchange for a different item or receive store credit.
Once your exchange is authorized, ship your return within 5 days along with your completed exchange form and invoice. We will provide a shipping label for your first exchange. Any additional exchanges will be your responsibility to ship.
Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
What Happens Next
Please allow up to two weeks for the process to be completed. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you by email whether your exchange has been approved. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped right away.
We won't always have an exact replacement in stock. If an immediate exchange isn't available, store credit will be issued instead. Store credit is valid for two years from the date of issuance and can be used both in-store and online.
Exchanges are made for eligible merchandise of equal value or store credit only.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds on returned items except in extreme circumstances. In the rare case a refund is approved, a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping and handling charges will apply.
Final Sale Items — No Exchanges Accepted
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale items (including items sold at a promotional discount)
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Home Goods
- Underwear & Hosiery
- All international orders, regardless of item
We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
Exceptions — Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged regardless of condition, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are also non-exchangeable. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply: item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
