Please note we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by international orders.
Sometimes things just don't look how you thought they would. No problem, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange. Store credit can be used both in-store and online.
Please Note: We do not issue refunds on any returned items unless in the case of extreme circumstances. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Once we authorize your exchange or store credit, ship your return merchandise along with your completed exchange form and invoice within 5 days.
In order to be approved, the returned item(s) must be unworn, washed or altered, with all original tags attached.
We will provide a shipping label for the first exchange shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping fees for any additional exchanges. Be sure to use an insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.
We won't always have an exact replacement of the item at hand. If an immediate exchange is not available a credit will be issued.
