Response hours for online inquiries are during our business hours, Tuesdays through Fridays 12:00pm-7:00pm. 

ECO-CONSCIOUS

I source premium domestic, Japanese or Italian fabrics (in exclusively organic or natural fibers) and keep the production footprint as small as possible with little waste and little travel. My garments are constructed in Los Angeles.

The packaging I use is also all eco-friendly; from my well-loved muslin & tote bags to the 100% compostable cello bags & 100% recycled paper shipping material.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-10 days for shipping on all new purchases within the US.

Judi Rosen New York is sustainably manufactured with as small a footprint as possible for the most affordable amount possible.

I design & manufacture all the clothing and run the online store, and I run the brick and mortar boutique, so please understand that it may take me a minute to resolve any issues you may have with your order. I promise they will be taken care of, it just might take longer than other sites your normally shop with.

International Orders
All International shipments will be considered final sale.
Exchanges may be arranged if customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs and duty fees.
International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International.
Please allow at least 10 days for delivery on International orders.

EXCHANGES

What if I chose the wrong size?
Slacking on the gym? Bulimia not working? (obvs just kidding. That's gross.)
Sometimes things just don't look how you thought they would.
No problem.

We are glad to offer a store credit or exchange.
Store credit can be used both in-store and online.
Please note: We do not issue refunds on any returned items.

Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

How do I make an exchange?
Send us an email at info@judirosenny.com within 7 days of your receipt of the package.

The item(s) must be in original condition.
• NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED.
• ALL tags attached.
Exchanges are made for merchandise of equal value or CREDIT ONLY.
We DO NOT do exchanges for hosiery or undergarments.
Footwear exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.

Please include completed EXCHANGE FORM with the shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are ONLY extended in extreme circumstances.

Once we agree on the exchange or credit, ship the return merchandise and invoice to us WITHIN 5 DAYS.
We will provide a label for the first exchange shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping for any additional exchanges.

We won't always have an exact replacement of the item at hand.
If an immediate exchange is not available a credit will be issued.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
Use an insured shipping service. 
(This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).


How long does the exchange process take?
Please allow up to two weeks for the process to be completed.
Once your package has been received, we will process the exchange and ship out a replacement item right away.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

In EXTREMELY rare circumstances a refund will be issued. If this happens you probably won't ever shop with us again. You will be charged any shipping fees incurred and a 20% restocking fee.


SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. Exchanges will not be accepted for intimates, swimwear, apothecary or pierced earrings. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
